Contacted SGI because my mobile device had been hit with a ransomware virus. Someone had remotely locked my device and installed mallware on it. Contacted SGI - they were at my office in 1 hour. Took them 20 minutes to completely fix my device. I have no idea how they accomplished this with such perfection but I will just say that the service was 100% Amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you
