- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing structure within the Restoration Industry, I fall within that range. I will Direct Bill your Insurance Company if a claim is made or you can self pay with check or credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With my 30 years of extensive knowledge & field experience, as well as being a Licensed Insurance Adjuster, I can guide you through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES! For my Adjuster License, I must take 20 hours of continuing education every two years. This includes Law, Ethics, & Electives. For my Mold Remediator License, I must take 14 hours of continuing education every two years. This includes Mold / Mold Safety, Report Writing, Standards of Practice, and Water / Moisture Intrustion. For my Certifications from the IICRC, I must take continuing education classes every 2-4 years. I also attend Conferences and Expo's to stay on the cutting edge of my industry. I also work with a few National Restoration Companies that handle large commercial losses and receive hands on training.
