Keep and repair instead of selling or leaving. I can fix problems in the house that make it more viable and enjoyable to live in. A Home Inspection will open your eyes to problems not seen or pointed out by a seller. Don't look at a new house through rose colored glasses and buy a money pit. Use a Home Inspector.
