Faye is a great instructor. She makes Pilates fun! I love her music and her style. She is always making sure you have proper form and will demonstrate when necessary. I have noticed that my abs have really improved and flattened since I’ve been doing Pilates with Faye. The core work is awesome. I know I am getting stronger. I’ve been exercising all my life and I can honestly say this is the first time I can really see a difference in my core.

I started learning yoga last year, and Faye has made it a wonderful and life-changing experience for me. She's great for beginners, giving clear and thoughtful instructions, that allow you to make the poses work for you. And she's great for experienced students, giving advanced options during her class, as well as introducing new poses to those who want to expand their practice. Each class is a great experience.
