Out of all the years ive been practicing holistic therapies ive never had a teacher like Lauren she has made me feel more connected with myself than i have ever felt! Shes an angel, her energy alone brings positive energy to the space around her. Definitely the best Yoga teacher and sound healer i have ever come across! Highly recommend!
