We are extremely happy with the service we received from True Techs AC. I contacted a few providers with details and photos, but most wanted to charge a service call or quoted astronomically high. True Techs gave me a reasonable estimate just from the photos and description, came the next day and took care of the repair as quoted. We have three AC units in our house, and will contact True Techs again, should another issue arise. True Techs was very professional, courteous and prompt.

Angel to the rescue!! What a great experience working with him. I had a potential disaster on my hands, but thanks to Angel’s timeliness and expertise, fooding of my basement and days without AC were avoided!! I plan to call him for any future AC needs, including routine maintenance calls- which I’ve learned should not be avoided.

Angel was great. He came out to service our AC on the day requested. He was working on the roof so he took videos to show me what was going on with our unit. Very thorough. It needed to be replaced and he scheduled that asap and we were up and running. He is very personable and trustworthy. I will use him again.
