- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out when I was 15 years old. I worked at a Chinese restaurant in P.R. and I loved serving the people who came in to buy food. My love for cooking grew from there and I worked at other restaurants, even a hotel as a breakfast chef.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater to weddings and parties. I also take orders from businesses and deliver to them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell them to make sure that the provider has a licence and has good credentials. You would also want to make sure that they are clean and that they are in compliance with business regulations.
