We hired Lisa for a deep cleaning of our home. She came on a Sunday to do an assessment of the job and expectations before agreeing and giving us a price.....which is rather smart. I discontinued use of a previous company who took the cleaning job only to half ass it becuase they didn't realize what was expected....they never did a walk through prior. Lisa did a fantastic job and had great communication. I came home to a wonderfully clean house that looks and smells great! Lisa waiting for me to get home from work so we could do a post cleaning walk through together.

We had tile replaced in both of our bathrooms and the dust from the jackhammer was everywhere. They cleaned everything when they left there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the house. Excellent job! Will use again for a monthly clean.

Lisa was great. She came and did a deep clean for us before we start weekly service. She had a new employee with her who wasn’t very helpful and he ended up ruining our new bookshelf. When I came back to our home from running errands, the new employee was sitting in the car while Lisa was working so hard re doing pretty much everything he did because it didn’t meet her standards of clean. Lisa not only took care of the cost of our bookshelf, but also worked extra hard picking up the slack of her new employee who I’m sure does not work for her anymore. You can tell that Lisa is passionate about what she does and she doesn’t stop until the job is done and your house is clean. I appreciate Lisa for making sure that the customer is taken care of no matter what. She is very professional.

Top Notch did a great job turning my dirty bachelor pad into a squeaky clean house! In a short time they clean from top to bottom. I got home and thought I was in someone else’s house!
