- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is lower than many other individuals and this is due to having lower overhead than many other individuals. I will provide discounts for larger projects and long term clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with an introductory phone call. I then proceed with providing them a link to a safe Dropbox to upload documents. Then I will have a 24 hour turnaround on tax returns and most projects. Once you receive completed documents, I ask you to review them for any changes or questions. Once completed, I will invoice you for the tax return . If it is a large project, I may ask for a retainer up front to ensure the task and project will get done.

I am an Enrolled Agent as well as a certified QuickBooks Pro advisor.
