- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is case by case specific and I do offer a 20% discount to all active duty and veterans, law enforcement, fire department, nurses, EMTs and public school teachers.

The most important part of working with a new customer is listening to their needs and let them explain the issues they are experiencing in their own words.

I have over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing. I have acquired many certifications and licenses over the years working as a union contractor
