Introduction: Hello, my name is Randy. I am called Handy Randy by most of my clients and contractors here in the Tampa Bay area. I strive to give my best of knowledge and craftsmanship to you and your handyman needs around your home or office. I am normally a one-man band on most of my projects, but I have a backup manpower when needed for the job or project you may have. If you need help with a project or laying a project out for materials and time and have a budget to work with, I may be able to help you move forward with this in stages, as sometimes our finances come in stages also. I normally charge for my services about $40.00 an hour or sometimes a set price for that job. I am also a property consultant who can come to your home or office and help you put together a plan for your next project. I have many years of experience with contractors and homeowners. I am dependable and reasonable, and I guarantee all of my work.
