We offer free in-home consultations with no obligation and no high pressure sales tactics. We also strongly believe in treating people like we would want to be treated in our own homes. I’ve gotten a bunch of quotes and they were all around the same price but this company has the quality product when compared to the others. The wood is not cheap or particleboard. They use round edges. They don’t use a piece of thin stripping on the side instead they use thick quality, one that will last. They design based i’m getting the max usage of your space. If it’s too pricey they work things around to get it more in line with your budget. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I’m definitely hiring them again for my laundry room.

Artisan Closets remodeled our master bedroom closet and the results were incredible! Their creative design and use of space added so much more room for hanging clothes, shoes and general storage than we ever thought possible in such a small space. Not only did the capacity almost double but everything is so much more organized now. The entire process from design, to demolition, to the final installation was handled very professionally and was completed on time and on budget - no surprises. My experience with Artisan Closets and Trim was an excellent one. Gary drew the plans right at my house and Mark came on the day promised to install the rods and shelves for both of my "reach in" closets. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the design and materials that are chosen to construct the job out of. We have a wide range of materials and styles and each and every job is different. This is why we offer a free in home consultation to come up with a design that works within any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with us coming to the location and talking with the customer and finding out what their needs are, measuring up the space, and coming up with a design that works for area. Once the design is agreed upon we order all the materials and cut and manufacture the job. Usually the installation can be done in one day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an AA degree from SPJC. I've also worked in the industry for over 20 years.
