Introduction: Having experience in leadership and management allows me to recognize the limitations that employees face. Some positions require for employees to change themselves to adapt to their environment, and this may not always be possible. Employees may find that in changing themselves they find a better solution for their well-being. My role is to serve as a coach which provides empowerment and inspiration, combined with passion and compassion. I like that I have the ability to support others through change and help them to recognize that the only one who can change their perspective is them. Once you change your perspective, you can change your life. The growth happens in the shifting from your old perspective to your new perspective.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each individual coaching session is for 90 minutes at $150; group coaching is negotiated based upon the size of the group and the location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a doctoral candidate in the organizational leadership program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Here is where I am researching the latest findings in the areas of well-being in the work place and within.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My management career developed my leadership skills because I have had managers whom I admired who mentored me, and I have had leaders who I looked up to and mentored me that were not managers. One of the most influential teachers in my life did not tell me what do do, but instead asked the right questions. Coaching takes individuals from where they are and helps them to move forward. For me, I had a health and wellness coach who founded her own coaching program over 25 + years ago and she reminded me that in my life, I needed to get back into the driver's seat. At the time I obtained my life coach certification, I slowly began taking back my personal power in my environment, finances, my relationship and my personal health and nutrition. This state of inspiration and empowerment is what led me to compassionately and passionately reach out to encourage others to do the same.
