1) I price jobs cheaper for seniors as many are on fixed incomes.
2) Deposit due at contract signing, as paint is non-refundable

Estimate. Pressure wash for a clean home. Masking for clean lines. Spray. Roll trim. Touch up. Leave smiles.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My best friend got me a job painting homes in Seattle before I ever knew I would move to Florida.
