- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include all equipment and materials that we use on the job and we bring what we need. If you have special requests let us know we can offer many maid services that might be needed. Over the years we have added specialized equipment for specific jobs and have a variety weird things for cleaning in storage. If you need a niche service it doesn’t hurt to ask. AirBnb rentals have a special rate, not listed because of competitors. AirBnb clients receive a priority phone number and manager business contact information when needed and can schedule cleanings up to a day in advance. (May not have same day check in available with limited notice) Other services and discounts are negotiated, prices listed are for residential cleaning. Commercial cleaning due to state regulations are on a different scale but depending on service and frequency prices can be discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you decide to work with us, I will contact you and work out any details or concerns that you might have. If you have the need for repeat services I set up a schedule that works for you and us. We work in teams of two and usually are done with a visit in less than three hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have proof of insurance and workers comp for our employees. We also follow demanding professional standards. Want to test your cleaning/maid skills? Ask us how you can earn a professional maid certification from our training program.
