- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on career level and the scope of support needed. I offer tailored packages for early-to-mid career professionals as well as senior and specialized roles, including healthcare, mental & behavioral health, HR, and corporate positions. Each package includes personalized intake, one-on-one support, and professional revisions. Pricing reflects the time, customization, and expertise involved, and all services are clearly outlined before we begin—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is clear and client-focused. We begin with an initial intake conversation to understand the client’s goals, background, and career level. From there, I walk them through the services and packages available—such as resume writing, profile optimization, mock interview coaching, or a job-readiness bundle—so they can choose the level of support that best fits their needs. Once a package is selected, I outline pricing, timelines, and next steps before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certification in Human Resource Management from Penn State University and have over 13 years of hands-on experience in healthcare recruiting, HR administration, and full-cycle hiring. My background includes partnering with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership across healthcare, mental and behavioral health, and corporate environments. This combination of formal HR training and real-world recruiting experience allows me to provide practical, results-focused career support.
