The lock-box on my door wasn't working and I tried to remove the door handle to remove the lock-box. After removing one screw from the door handle I could not turn the knob and could not remove the other screw or replace the screw that I removed. You could say that I screwed myself because I was locked inside the condo since the door knob on the inside would not turn at all. Someone outside was able to open the door so I got out but I needed it fixed ASAP. Jose understood the urgent need and came to fix it and he even had a lock-box that he offered to put on door. I also asked him while he was there to look at the dryer which was taking a 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. He found a kink in a line and was able to fix it as well. He made my day:) Gail

Several projects in my home needed to be addressed and they were able to take care of everything in a timely manner even came back to Rectify an issue I had with a toilet and all's fantastic they are returning to install a ceiling fan in which I've ordered and I look to having them do the work as well as working with them again I will hire them in the future for the renovation of a third bathroom in my home
