They did not call to confirm until the day of the appointment. Also the amount of hours for the service fee was never shared. I cannot deal with a company like this. The service may be great but, unfortunately, I did not get that far.

Hello Mrs. Belinda. I'm sorry for the inconveniences. We've spoken back and forward about the price and what all services will be provided. You've also requested add-on work. Which required and upcharge but I still agreed to service your request at the same price. I do apologize for the delay of your booking of which I asked you would it be fine if I clean at another scheduled date and time of the same week. You didn't give me a day or time. Again I do apologize if you were unsatisfied with my service.
