Hired on Thumbtack
Brad started out great, but I think I have been scammed. Came out right away and diagnosed my dryer needing a heating element and fuse. Told me what to order and let him know when parts arrived and he would come back and install. Parts arrived in 2 days, texted Brad who said he’d be out the next morning to finish. Next morning he texted saying it would be later that day as he forgot an appointment. Well, that was the last I heard from him. 3 more days have gone by with no word. Noticed the $65 trip charge check was cashed immediately and cleared the bank the next day. I returned the parts to Sears and ordered a new dryer from Lowe’s to be delivered tomorrow. So much for his foundation of integrity. Not a good way to start a business, I almost hope he is a scammer and not just a bad business person. Too good to be true….. again, unfortunately. People suck🙄
