FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Integrity Air & Heat, we believe in transparent, fair pricing—seven days a week. No weekend upcharges, no hidden fees, and no pressure sales tactics. Every quote comes from a certified technician, not a salesperson. We also offer seasonal promotions and exclusive discounts through our Cool Club Maintenance Program, including: • 💸 15% off all repairs • 🛠️ Free diagnostic service calls ($85 value) • ❄️ $500 off HVAC replacements or mini split installs • ⚡ Priority scheduling during peak seasons • ✅ Honest evaluations focused on long-term comfort and system health Whether you're booking a repair, upgrade, or storm-readiness install (like surge protectors or generator soft starts), we’ll walk you through every cost upfront—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Integrity Air & Heat, we make it easy for new customers to get started—with clear communication, honest evaluations, and no-pressure service from day one. Here’s how it works: 1. Request Service Call, text, or book online. We respond quickly and schedule your appointment at a time that works for you—same price, seven days a week. 2. On-Site Evaluation A certified technician (never a salesperson) arrives on time, walks you through the issue, and explains your options clearly. We wear shoe covers, respect your space, and answer every question. 3. Transparent Quote You’ll receive an upfront, honest quote with no hidden fees. We’ll explain the repair, replacement, or upgrade options—including IAQ products, duct cleaning, dehumidifiers, surge protection, and soft start kits. 4. Service & Follow-Up Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and cleanly. We also offer Cool Club Maintenance Plans for long-term savings, priority scheduling, and system health. 5. Ongoing Support We stand by our work and offer warranties on all makes and models—no matter who installed them. You’ll always have a direct line to our team for future service or upgrades.

Our founder, Brendan Cook, began his journey in 2009 by enrolling in HVAC school at Daytona State College. From there, he worked his way up through every level of the industry—from service tech to field operations manager—before launching Integrity Air & Heat in 2021 with a mission to deliver honest, high-quality service to Volusia County. Co-owner Brandon Granger has spent over half his life in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. He rose to Vice President at one of the nation’s top home service companies before returning to his hometown to build a business rooted in integrity and community care. Our team continues to train on the latest HVAC systems, IAQ technologies, duct cleaning methods, and storm-readiness solutions like surge protection and generator soft starts.
