We contracted with Quality Plus Roofing to re-roof our 25 year old home. The project required removal of the old barrel tile and tar paper along with replacement of damaged plywood panels and fascia trim boards. Next came the installation of the adhesive underlayment and lastly the placement of the new tile.Amazingly all was completed by their seasoned crews in six 12 hour work days. From the very first roof inspection to the final walk-through with the owner, the entire process was professional, thorough, and reassuring.They truly went above and beyond to deliver a strong, efficient, high-quality roof. The owner Melvin was personally on site, overseeing each step and making sure everything was done right, which gave me a lot of confidence as a homeowner. Communication was handled by Dave and it was excellent throughout the project. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and many of the items I asked about were already planned for during the finishing phase.The roofing crew led by Angel was outstanding they were professional, diligent, and detail-oriented. They took extra care to protect my property, laying down tarps to catch debris and using magnets afterward to collect nails and smaller materials from the yard. Cleanup was clearly a priority, not an afterthought.What really stood out to me was that nothing major was left undone. They took their time, did things the right way, and followed through on every part of the job. I give 5 stars as our roof was damaged in hurricane Milton, i know how to do my own repairs but only a few weeks out of knee surgery I was unable to do the job, i had purchased the materials and these folks replied to my fb post as i was looking for help..and trust me I'm handy and I'm not one to ask! They responded promptly at their own convenience and showed up to assess the roof and offered to clean it up seal and repair It right away, our roof looks as new as it did 4yrs ago and I'm sure will hold up great thank you all so much!
