Andrew came to my home as scheduled. He looked at my dishwasher and explained the part required. Fortunately for me, the part just needed to be reassembled. He ran the rinse cycle and all is well. I will call him again if I have any issues with my appliances.

Andrew, contacted me first thing Monday morning. After I left a message on his voicemail Sunday evening. He stated he would ensure my dishwasher would be serviced between 1:00-3:00pm. He text me at 1:40 pm to let me know he was on his way with an ETA of 2:05 pm. He was at my home right on time. He diagnosed the problem and ensured the dishwasher was working properly before leaving. Very knowledgeable, professional and reliable service. I will utilize his services again in the future. Andrew called me within seconds of my request for service. Neither of the other 2 companies ever called. Andrew not only evaluated my problem, he showed me how my washer & dryer works and how to prevent problems with cleaning, maintenance & helpful hints to avoid mold or lint build up. We went through the whole process of taking the dryer apart to remove all the lint and dust from places you cannot reach from the lint trap. It is valuable to teach customers to avoid problems and offer good advice and helpful hints to protect their investments. My dryer has never been cleaner. I will definitely rehire Andrew.

5 stars all around! The seal on my Samsung washer broke, and after I tried to do it myself, I realized I needed a professional. The owner of Service Nest is extremely nice and professional, went out of his way to Ft. Meyers to get a part I needed for the washer (I am in Sarasota for reference) and was back the next day on time and fixed it in less than an hour. Extremely nice, professional, budget-friendly, punctual and does an amazing job. I will be using them again and recommending to anyone who needs repairs!
