5 stars all around! The seal on my Samsung washer broke, and after I tried to do it myself, I realized I needed a professional. The owner of Service Nest is extremely nice and professional, went out of his way to Ft. Meyers to get a part I needed for the washer (I am in Sarasota for reference) and was back the next day on time and fixed it in less than an hour. Extremely nice, professional, budget-friendly, punctual and does an amazing job. I will be using them again and recommending to anyone who needs repairs!

Andrew came to my home as scheduled. He looked at my dishwasher and explained the part required. Fortunately for me, the part just needed to be reassembled. He ran the rinse cycle and all is well. I will call him again if I have any issues with my appliances.
