Andrew was prompt, knowledgeable, and competent. He was also meticulous in cleaning up after the job was complete.From the beginning to end... professional customer service... Andrew, arrived ontime as promised and was very professional and knowledgeable. He also explained why I was having the problem with my washing machine. He gave me honest advice on whether to fix or replace. The breakage was more severe than anticipated and could not be repaired and charged a very fair fee!Honest, punctual, knowledgeable, clean and no unselling, whatsoever.You'll absolutely love him for his outstanding service!!!

I have had an incredibly good experience with Andrew of Service Nest. He came exactly on-time, as he had promised; correctly diagnosed a problem with a kitchen appliance , got a replacement part, returned again exactly on date promised, installed part. All very nice, tidy, quickly.Then he called back to ask if the appliance was working ok.All at reasonable cost.Can't get better than that.

Andrew came New Years Eve. He identified and fixed the problem with our dryer, which was electrical. He explained the problem, fixed it, and was prompt, professional, and courteous. He will be out first call for every appliance and home maintenance issue.
