- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 45.00$ hr. For All repairs. When the situation arises that project is not able to be completed professionally with out additional work prior to the completion of the project I was hired for I stop work until I have had time to review it with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the foundation of all business. With out it failure is certain to follow. My initial contact is to get information need to estimate job fairly for both parties. Who is supplying materials. What the time frame of project is, and a solid feel for what it is you are wanting accomplished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the construction trades that allow me to accomplish a diversified field or repairs in a professional manor.
