Handyman Dave/Sol Improvements

I'm a non-registered handyman with no insurance. I do odd jobs for clients who are looking for an experienced and honest handyman but have budget restraints. I'm cheaper than other registered, bonded or insured handyman cause I am none of that. I'm a professional in a different field entirely but like to do this kind of work on the side as what I consider a hobby I get paid for. I'm 41 years old. For close to 20 years I worked at hardware stores, 10 years of which at a family-owned hardware store where I learned hands-on how to perform many home improvements. I've been performing home improvement projects for the past 5 years. I'm honest, I work fast and efficiently, and I will tell you the truth if I think a job is out of my skill set. I don't attempt to do anything I'm not capable of doing. I work for cash primarily, personal check okay if it is drawn from a local bank. I will complete the projects as quick as I can, with proffesionalism and a smile on my face. I love breathing life back into your homes, and am also willing to show you how to do the same.
