I'm Chef Ashley, I offer meal prepping for your daily meals, catering for events, brunch, hors d'oeuvres, small to large charcuterie boards, packed lunches for picnic parties and vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. With personally designed menus, and hand picked ingredients, Let me take the hassle out for you so you can sit back and enjoy! I was raised on Florida's gulf coast where I worked in many variations of restaurants from Saint Petersburg, down to Boca Grande to Miami. I learned so many different styles over the years, but the most influential cook in my life was of course, my Grandmother! I was cooking with her at such a young, which made me love being in the kitchen, I learned that food brings people together and it became my passion. In 2018 I moved to Chicago for 4 years. This was when I discovered my love for being a Personal Chef. Being able to curate personalized menus for clients and their families. Being apart of day to day events, It keeps things fun and fresh! I love being able to help ease someones day by delivering my food to your table. I decided in the Summer of 2022 it was time to be back in Florida. I packed up my Chicago apartment and headed south. Now that I'm back on the gulf coast I'm here to serve YOU fabulous food!

Ashley made our 30th anniversary the most wonderful and memorable celebration of our wedding so far…… We decided on a private anniversary dinner and, to make it even more special, we decided to have Ashley as our personal chef. She gave us delectable menus to choose from and custom tailored our meals to our individual tastes. She cooked in our kitchen and each course was sensually delicious. Neither of us ever had a meal that tasted better than Ashley’s.. THANK YOU ASHLEY FOR MAKING OUR ANNIVERSARY SO SPECIAL !!!!! Our advice is, if you are even remotely considering a personal chef for your event DON’T WAIT !! Please contact Ashley NOW !

Absolutely Phenomenal! We reached out to Chef Ashley for a private cooking and dining experience for my wife’s parents (my in-laws) for their 60th Wedding Anniversary, at their home, and the evening and food was truly magical. Chef Ashley is an UNBELIEVEABLE Chef, she was very friendly and interactive, and her timing of plating the items was done with precision. The food preparation, presentation, and taste of our 5-course meal was nothing short of exceptional!! You will find Chef Ashley to be very responsive, helpful, and engaging throughout the entire culinary planning and cooking process. If you want an amazing 5 + Star, at home, private dining experience with an incredible Chef…you need to contact Chef Ashley- we are already booking her again for a future dining engagement this year!!

We ordered a vegetarian dinner for four persons. We were given several choices and chose enchiladas, corn salad, and the tres leches cake for dessert. The entire experience was wonderful as the order was delivered on time and the food was excellent. We will definitely use Plated Per Palate again!

Ashley cooked for a bachelorette party I threw for a friend in Fort Myers. We had another chef cancel last minute and not only was she able to take us on, but was able to accommodate when I accidentally sent her the wrong date and didn’t notice. She moved things around and did everything she could do help us out. On top of that and most importantly, the food was PHENOMENAL. A week later we are all still talking about her coconut rice and the shrimp in pineapple aioli. I cannot recommend enough to book Plated Per Palate!
