- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide you with an estimate before performing any work. Estimates are provided at no cost. We do occasionally offer special offers/coupons. Visit our website for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an appointment for us to come out to the property to assess any damage for repairs or replacements and provide an estimate for the work needed, with an estimated timeline for the work to be completed. For minor repairs, we can sometimes send out a repair tech to complete at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold two Florida Roofing Licenses. We do not work under someone elses license. Many of our supervisors are OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 trained. We are members of the FRSA. Owens Corning preferred contractor.
