With over 35 years of teaching exprience, I've learned how to make it easy to learn to dance. Bases on movements you use everyday( back, forward and side step) in conjunction with music. I'll have you dancing together in your first 5 minutes of your lesson.
Learning to dance is a life changing exprience. Watching my students develop is rewarding and fulfilling. Dancing is a life long tool, you will use forever. Teaching dance to others is a gift I love sharing!

Rodney is such a great instructor. I booked him to conduct salsa dancelessons for my residents at the apartment complex I work for. He went through the steps very patiently and made the whole experience a fun one. Can’t wait for him to come back next month for more lessons!

Rodney has been an awesome dance instructor! Me and my fiancé have never really danced but nobody will be able to tell at our wedding because of him. Rodney is FANTASTIC. I purchased five privatelessons for my boyfriend and me to learn how to dance.
I was incredibly nervous on our first lesson (I've been told I have "two left feet"), but Rodney immediately made me feel at ease. He has an incredible amount of patience and a really great sense of humor. He has the ability to very simply convey proper technique and form while keeping things fun and fresh. In the two lessons we've had, Jon and I have learned so much- while having a great time doing it. I also love the fact that his lessons are truly private- you don't have to share the space or music with anyone else. Rodney is well worth his fee (and then some). He comes highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sevices are bases on a hourly rate, in some cases travel expenses may be added. The hourly rate is also bases on how long the person or persons will be taking lessons , the type of lesson and how the lessons are paid( 1 at a time or in blocks of 5 or more)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I focus more on the fundamentals of partner dancing. Before you can do anything else, you must understand fundamentals. All partner dances are made up of 6 fundamental movements, the rest will be easy!!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Having been a teacher for over 35 years, my focus now is Beginners and Wedding Couples. I enjoy helping them fulfill their goals.
