To maintain my $1M professional liability insurance and ensure every transformation is done to the highest standard, I have a $205 project minimum. Because I value clear communication, I provide a detailed estimate upfront so there are no surprises. My rates reflect years of experience, premium materials, and the discipline of a law enforcement background—ensuring you get a specialized, high-quality result rather than a “quick fix.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is built on the transparency and discipline I developed in my law enforcement career. I start with a clear, detailed estimate so there are no surprises. Once on-site, I focus on a clean, efficient transformation, utilizing techniques to ensure a factory finish. I treat every home with the same respect I learned working alongside my father and grandfather, ensuring the job is done right the first time and the workspace is left spotless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is built on a lifetime of hands-on experience, starting as a young boy working on projects with my grandfather and father. I spent ten years performing side jobs and completely remodeled my first home from top to bottom. After relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida, I further refined my skills with a professional renovation company, combining a lifelong passion for building with the discipline and integrity I developed during my career in law enforcement.
