Bill responded to my request within minutes on a Sunday!! He came out the next day to do the Wind Mitigation inspection. He listened to my concerns addressed them all. He did an excellent job. I received my report the next day. Forwarded it to my insurance agent. She reviewed the report, was very impressed with his detailed information. He had detsils my previous inspection had omitted and resulted in our home insurance premium dropping $650 a year. I could not be more pleased. Bill really knows his business, is very professional and has great prices. I highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.

He was prompt! Very thorough and explained everything as he went along. He also did an exterior inspection and returned with specific items for which he recommended attention. He said we would be getting a report from the lab and it was e-mailed to me within 2 days. Very reasonable in cost (approx 70% less than the next bidder). I would use him in a heartbeat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact and set up an inspection time. I explain my inspection method and all the areas that I inspect. The use the standards of practice and code of ethics from The National Association of Certified Inspectors. The report is emailed to the customer within 36-48 hours. If needed a report can be sent quicker. The customer can then call me with any questions about the report.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A former termite inspector and new home sales. A huge selection of continuing education from NACHI. The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I've performed over 4.000 various types of home inspections.
