Bill completed our inspection on a new build as we were closing remotely. Bill completed the inspection when he said he would and was thorough. His report included pictures and descriptions of the issues and we also had a call to review his findings. Bill was also available for follow up conversations when we had questions and was accommodating on short notice to recheck items.
