- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At my home $30 per half hour. At others homes it's $45 first half hour, then $15 each 15 minutes beyond that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If they are transferring from another teacher I go over what's been covered and how long since their last lesson. If they are new to keyboard, I find out where they want to go with piano. Except for very young students, I ask for a page describing what they wish to accomplish in the next year
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been learning piano my whole life, since five years of age. I frequently work on new types of music so I can help all of my students
