We are a family run business that has been serving central Florida for over 30 years. Bob Murphy started Distinctive Concrete Coatings in the 90’s and over time developed his own design style and solid reputation for quality. Bob grew his company by teaching his son Aaron his decorative skills, work ethic and desire to give customers beautiful designs, durability and a company they could trust. Bob and Aaron have worked together for over 20 years, eventually renaming the company Murphy’s Distinctive Concrete Coatings. They now offer beautiful non slip driveways, walkways, porches and durable flake and quartz finished garage floors as well as old coating removal with diamond grinding equipment and vacuum systems.

This project was a new oversized 2 car garage concrete floor. The Epoxy coating was added May of 2020. Aaron Murphy did an outstanding job in helping us decide on the color and then on his application of the finished product. After 5 years now it has held up beautifully and I have received multiple complements. It is enjoyable to go into the garage, it is not just for parking our cars. A white vinyl base was added to the perimeter and with the color and flakes of the Epoxy, it looks fantastic! We highly recommend Murphy’s Distinctive Concrete Coatings!

We highly recommend using MURPHYS DESTINCTIVE CONCRETE COATING. We recently had them do our pool deck. Aaron was helpful and thoughtful when helping us pick our exact design. From pattern, to texture, and even when picking out colors, Aaron took the time to make sure he gave us exactly what we were looking for. He checked in at each step to ensure that we were happy with the progress before going to the next step. The finished product turned out amazing and was exactly as we imagined. We are planning to hire them again for the front deck, driveway, and garage floor.

Murphy's Distinctive Concrete is amazing. We dealt with the owner Aaron and he was very professional with every interaction. We had our pool patio textured and painted by them. And it came out awesome. He patiently worked with us on color schemes and designs. With a couple different qoutes, he was in line with the market and we were very happy with the results. Definitely recommend!
