- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per foot for gutter and downspouts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the information about the gutter project, I call the customer and touch base to set up a time to visit the home. After that I give the customer a proposal for the gutter work, if they accept the proposal I set a date for the installation. I'm usually about a week and a half out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing gutter products since 1999 and have been around the gutter business since 1994.
