Today it's not good enough just to know the local real estate market, you have to have a team of experts to guide the client through a maze of regulations and be able to assist them with financing, surveys, design and construction. We work with clients from start to finish and make sure that their needs are met. I enjoy the tough challenges. The tougher the assignment the more I rise to the task. Some of our clients have come to us saying that they "have a relative or friend that is the best real estate advisor and it just can't be done". Months later we are closing the deal with them. I don't know that they tell their relative, but I know that we did a great job for them.
