- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices include: Spot Treating, Pet Stain Treatment, Cleaning, Sanitizing and Deodorizing. I will not underbid then change my price when we arrive, if someone does that to you, ask them to leave and call me! *I stand behind my prices 100%. I do have a $75.00 minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need as much information as possible so I can quote the best price and be prepared to give the best service I can provide. When I arrive, I will review the areas you are needing our services on, I have a few tools that most don't to assure you get a better cleaning when you use my company. I also use my chemistry skills to mix the proper formula to get the most soil from your carpet, rugs, tile and upholstery. Then I get my equipment together and do my best to fulfill the needs of the customer. Then before I leave, I make sure the customer is completely satisfied with my service before I accept payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple IICRC certifications (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) This is the highest standard in the industry. I am an IICRC CERTIFIED FIRM.
