A week ago, I met with the construction manager overseeing a new construction project for a pre-drywall inspection. I noticed some concerning issues and decided to hire a professional home inspector. That evening, I contacted Mr. Kyle Wicklund, who was incredibly accommodating and managed to schedule the inspection just two days later.However, we encountered a slight delay when we arrived. The insulation company was already on-site, which posed a challenge for Mr. Wicklund to complete his inspection efficiently. Despite this obstacle, he demonstrated remarkable flexibility and managed to finish the inspection while working around the installers.Throughout the inspection, Mr. Wicklund would pause periodically to explain any problems or concerns he encountered. After a thorough examination of every room, from the walls to the ceilings, the attic to the roof, and even the exterior perimeter walls, he completed the inspection within about three hours and ultimately found a host of problems that would require immediate repairs.Within a few hours, I received the completed report with detailed repair suggestions. I promptly forwarded the report to the construction manager. Kyle of Wicklund Home Inspections is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and experienced inspector. I highly recommend his services for my final home inspection, and I believe you should too!
