Al Pye and his partner were terrific. My flowerbeds were overgrown with weeds as I had been sick for a while. They worked quietly, efficiently, and did a first class job. Trimmed all bushes, too! Thank you!!

Requested a simple yard cleaning. Get all leaves out from home and trim any grass. Also wanted on a second job to trim vines from fence surrounding home and trim back/down plants and trees. Yard is approximately 1/4 of acre or smaller. My grass situation is I have more dirt than grass. Man called himself Alan Pye left message immediately then came by at 8:30pm but still enough light to walk around house to discuss job. Quoted me first amount for getting leaves and said he would come back to do trimming on fence and trees in two weeks. Working with my paydays great. Showed up next day with younger man David. Pye had ride on mulched up leaves in front into dirt did trim some too. David took backyard with blower blew some leaves to one side of house. Told David I had full amount of money if they wanted to do all the job today instead of coming back in two weeks. Attained advance from job in order to get it all done. I complimented and thanked him for job they were doing was looking good. When Pye came back to door he said, "Now you're probably going to be looking around saying they didn't do this or that, your absolutely right. " " My truck is full I can't get any more on it, we'll be back next week to finish the yard and the trimming, so you can just pay me what you owe me and we'll finish up next Thursday or Friday. I prefer to be here on your off days." So I paid him $200 plus $60 tip. The total job quote was $400. $200 for the first job and $200 for the vines and trimming.. I would have paid him the other part and a tip if they had Returned-not the next week or the week after that -No show No call No text. I did not feel like I had to call a professional back for a scheduled work appointment. Everyone I've talked to said it seemed scam-like, and I should be glad I didn't give him all the money up.. I waited to post a review still thinking they were coming this week instead of last week, thinking I had the wrong week, but I knew I didn't. Just hoping for the good nature in people to prevail. That's my dissatisfied HomeAdiviser experience. He had good reviews, and I wish I could have been one of those people posting one.

I just found your review I'm blown away by your comments. I m not sure if we had a miss understanding or if i even know you. Number one I never ask for any moneys before the job is done in full. I do not know a David Pye. We do have a lot on our plate if we miss our schedule with you the right thing to do would be to give us a courtesy call. My helpers and I have worked and earned $210,000.00. this year and the only review we got was your negative review. I guess it's just the world we live in. I'm going to ask my church to say a prayer for you tonight just for you.
