What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices can have ‘some’ wiggle room for negotiation based on customer’s needs. Contact us with what you’re trying to do and we’ll do our best to work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via email or phone. Details of job, deadlines, budget, any customer concerns are addressed. Once all terms are understood & accepted, i start the work with constant updates of progress and (if any) issues with project. Once project is complete and approved, payment is due and deliverables are sent. Issues following completed work can be addressed within reasonable time afterward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 year award winning broadcast professional with degree in field, and performed work for CNN, Weather Channel, UPS, Coca-Cola, as well as multiple independent post houses and producers.
