There was an error with the original estimate, so the bill was much higher than the price originally quoted. When I called to ask about the increase Franz was sure that the original quote was right, but after hearing me out he reviewed the original quote and agreed it was his mistake. He could have chosen not to honor the quote. I was really happy and grateful when he agreed to honor the price on the original quote even though he would be losing 700 bucks!! These are real stand- up guys. They made sure I was satisfied with the drywall repair before they left.

Best Price Mold And Water Restoration was a pleasure to work with. Frantz was always courteous and professional and explained the process very well. The team was very good at cleaning up the work areas at the end of the shift so we didn't have to deal with the mess after they left. These guys are amazing, I got a quote the same day and they started service the very next day !!
