- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the number of windows and size of the home. We offer exterior & interior window cleaning as well as exterior surface cleaning including house washes, eaves, gutters, driveways, sidewalks, and porches. Bundle packages are available for the best value. We provide a free quote before any work begins so you always know exactly what you are paying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation either by phone, text, or we can come out to your home for a free in-person estimate. We take the time to understand your home and exactly what services you need. We then provide a transparent quote with no surprises. On the day of service our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We treat every home with care and professionalism from start to finish. After the job is complete we do a final walkthrough to make sure you are completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in pure water window cleaning technology using industry leading Tucker water fed pole systems. We are trained in hard water stain removal, screen cleaning, track and sill detailing, and proper technique for all window types including specialty glass. We stay current with the best practices in the professional window cleaning industry to deliver exceptional results on every job.
