Hired the "pro" to clean windows, screens, window sills, and agreed to a $200 fee for 19 windows. I hired the pro based on the reviews. The owner arrived a bit late to the job, and from there it was downhill. I work from home, so I helped him move some of the furniture to get access to the windows. He made a mess on my porch with all the dirt from the windows, after I had set up an area for him to clean them and turned the hose on to make it easier. He started by using a brush with no soap or cleaner so I am not sure what the point of that was. I had window cleaners before, and I never saw any of them not use soap to clean the windows. As he was working, I saw him rushing and thinking he was moving way too quickly for the number of windows I have. As he was finishing "cleaning the windows," I noticed the one in the rear, including my office, still had hard water stains. When I told him that they still had the water stain, the owner proceeded to tell me that "he did not clean hard water stains". Why the heck hire a window cleaner who cannot clean the windows properly? I told him that I had vinegar if he needed it to clean them. His response was " I can come another time and clean them". He then proceeded to put the screens back. One of the screens did not fit, and he couldn't figure out where it went. He tried for 20 minutes and could not figure it out. He was huffing and puffing and getting upset about it. The screen didn't appear out of nowhere; it belonged to one of the windows. The "Pro" seems to be disorganized. The previous times I had other window cleaners, they cleaned the screens in sections, so they knew exactly where the screens went. Needless to say, he left the screen without putting it where it belonged, then offered $50 off because he was late for another appointment. He didn't even go around and check his work, nor did he care to ask me to do a walkthrough with him. He was all about his money..... After he left, I was left with a mess on the front porch, a screen on hand, heavy furniture that I had to move by myself, and dirty windows. I went through all the windows and found that some of the windows, window sills, and screens were still dirty. This so-called "Pro" is so sloppy that I do not know how he still has a business. I WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN AND THE $50 DISCOUNT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MESS AND SLOPPYNESS....
