- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have learned to create budgets per the assignments scale. From a family portrait to an album cover. All require a concept, shot list, art direction and production.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You're only as good as your last job. For me each assignment that I accept is a blessing. So I like to get to know my clients to make sure that job is in line with my goals as an artist and that my style is a fit for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in photography. My father is a Sports Illustrated and HBO Sports photographer. So I have learned about the business my entire life. I also took mass communications with a focus in TV production in College. After that, I spent 7 years traveling the world as the USA Surf Team staff photographer. Which gave me real world learning experience on capturing moments that told a story and creating a fast turn around with my deliverables.
