- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have any "standard" pricing, because every request is different. We are priced equal to or better then our competitors. This has been proven time and time again. Our reviews and amount of hires speak testament to our pricing and quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with the initial inquiry response. We are then contacted back by the client.. Depending on the job, we will either go out to their location to give an on-site estimate, which is always free or simply agree on a price over the phone based on the information provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is something that is extremely important- especially when we are doing larger jobs, ones that require drawing out plans for the job or a punch list for duties that need to be completed prior to the next "stage" before further work can start. Staying up on new products and technology and learning how they work are priorities to us..It enables us to give our customers the latest and greatest based on what's offered per their application.
