Introduction: I give each dog and their family the personal attention they deserve. My training method is based on your dog's personality, behaviors, aptitude for learning, breed traits, social development and owner goals. My training style has evolved over the past decade. I use an adaptive combination of marker training, leash and collar, and in some circumstances, an e-collar. Overall, it's my goal to achieve your dog's best behavior in the most positive, effective and efficient way possible.
Prior to the start of any training, I will evaluate your dog at no charge. This allows me to determine your dog's personality, aptitude for learning, social development, behavioral patterns and any problems. Armed with this information, I can recommend the best training approach with a curriculum designed around your dog and your goals. Over the last month and a half Lisa has been a huge help to me and Sirius, my one year old german shepherd. I couldn't take Sirius out in public because of his behavior (barking and lunging towards people and animals). During our first trip to the outdoor shopping center with Lisa, Sirius would walk around the center without barking and lunging. Lisa has a calm but assertive air about her that Sirius seemed to understand. She can read a dog and was able to teach me to watch for certain behaviors. She was also a huge calming factor for me. She would remind me to relax when I tensed up which helped Sirius. Lisa is an excellent trainer, a great problem solver and willing to go where every you need her to to combat a problem. We'll be working with Lisa for a long time...because although Sirius is a smart boy it takes me a little longer. Thanks so much!

Great service. I loved working with the trainer. She was very professional and made me (and my dog) feel comfortable. She has great knowledge of dogs and of owners. We learned so much from working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer. Thanks again for everything :)
