Mitchel was the best service provider I have ever worked with.He is the gold standard for a professional.He coordinated with me before he arrived at my house on the work that needed to be done. He sent me an email the day before he was going to start to confirm the appointment and also a text telling me he was 10- 15 minutes out.He arrived at my house with all the tools and materials needed to complete the window screening project. He also took the initiative to build a second required window screen before he arrived so he could complete the project without having to come back.He was efficient,organized and skilled in completing the tasks required to complete the project for a good price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off what I would expect to pay for the project. What my time is worth to me. I will always be as fair as I can be without sacrificing my most precious asset, as well as yours, TIME.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the customer. Listen to the customers wants and needs. Then develop a way forward together. Customers feel more comfortable when they have a hand in the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years in the military helped me to work with my hands and become an well rounded generalist vs. a subject matter expert in everything.
