Hi, my name is Mitchel Mendelson. I am the owner of Simplest of Services, LLC (SOS, LLC.). I started this company when I was laid off right before Christmas and saw no reason to go back. I needed someone to disconnect and reconnect plumbing on all my sinks for countertops change. I am glad I choose Mitchel with “Simplest of Services” to do the work. He disconnect all plumbing from sinks and came back after new countertops are installed and reconnect all sinks and help me with some electrical issues. He is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Quality of work is 10 out of 10 with making sure after the work Is done everything works the way it supposed to work. I will definitely use Simplest of services again. I definitely recommending simplest of services to everyone.

I had a food disposal issue, I was told by a engineer that it can’t be fixed (a good friend but didn’t see it as he lives out of state) I told Mitch ( Simplest of Services) not to worry about it, I will live with it. He said I guarantee I can fix it, he finally got here. I waited a while, as you do, for someone who can do something right. He re-configured the plumbing pipes now I’m finally not getting a backup of food from the disposal. Thank you Mitch!

Recently bought home in St.. Marys Ga. Had two new bathroom granite sink combos installed with new faucets. Also had new sink and toilet lines and shut off valves installed to replaced old worn leaking ones. As usual nothing goes exactly as planned, and even with problems along the way, Mitch offered several choices of resolutions to get job done with good workmanship. Extremely happy with our new beautiful bathroom sinks and now know our bathroom are in good repair.

My pricing is based off what I would expect to pay for the project. What my time is worth to me. I will always be as fair as I can be without sacrificing my most precious asset, as well as yours, TIME.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the customer. Listen to the customers wants and needs. Then develop a way forward together. Customers feel more comfortable when they have a hand in the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years in the military helped me to work with my hands and become an well rounded generalist vs. a subject matter expert in everything.
