We are a real estate property management company that is ran by a real estate investor. We provide top-of-the-line management without unethical high-price "repairs". We focus on keeping good tenants with minimal turnover. Mark has been a pleasure to work with. Helped me tremendously in handling my property rental process and tenants "screening", while I was far away from home. I trust him very much, he is very professional, promptly responds to texts and calls, have been extremely attentive to my picky needs. If I had another property, I'd definitely let him manage that one too!

I commissioned Mark to manage two of my properties. One was vacant with a gate down. The other was rented, and a tree had fallen on the wooden fence in the back and the front gate was mangled. Mark found a good renter for the vacant one. Then, after trying to get someone to fix the gates and fence, he wound up doing the jobs himself. He took all of my worry out of the equation! I am very happy to have him managing my properties!

I had a trusted friend who was managing my properties for awhile. Everything was working well until the last three months until my friend stopped communicating with me. I was three months behind on rent on one apartment and late on the others. I didn't have names of tenants, keys, information or leases. It was a landlord nightmare. Within 24 hours Mark got me the info to two tenants, collected $1000 dollars into my account and got pictures/access to one of my apartments. He worked with me and was very communicative. I look foward to working with him for many years to come.

Assess the property and determine level of rent. Make sure there are no major repair issues. Market and place a qualified renter. Maintain and provide accounting information for tax returns as well as updates on condition of property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Helped a out of state investor run and manage a 100 unit apartment building. Turned the system from an outdated paper/cash system into a sophisticated online operation that could be managed by investor. Created and implemented policies and procedures
