Kristen Morgan is one of those rare people- a Jacksonville native! Born in Jax and raised in Clay County, she can remember when no one knew where Fleming Island was. This area was her first choice to move back to when deciding where to start a family. After being a private landlord and house flipper for several years, she began working at PMI Davis Realty in 2020. Kristen says, "Helping others to grow their real estate investments is my passion! I love people and I love solving problems." After working for over 30 years in property management, Broker Owner Wendell Davis opened PMI Davis Realty in 2019. With his former employer, Wendell grew the Property Management division from 10 to 35 offices and improved average rents by over $400. He has served as the President of the associations for NE Florida Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Wendell has remained up to date with continuing education, earning the professional designations of Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Certification of Residential Broker, Certification of Residential Property Manager, and Certification of Master Property Manager.
