What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quoting window repair is hard without knowing some details about what may be wrong. In general, if you have non-tilt windows, I charge $10 labor per window plus any necessary parts. For tilt windows, it is $15 labor plus parts per window. I also charge a $15 trip charge if you have more than 3 windows that need repair, otherwise it’s $25. I am honest, reliable and the least expensive in the Jacksonville area. If you contact me, I can give you a better idea on cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer contacts me with information about their specific issue, I can usually give them a pretty good idea on cost. Same day service is available with guaranteed satisfaction and honesty. I work with customer's schedules and will discuss all charges with you before performing any service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fixed over 4000 windows over the last 8 years and have never had a dissatisfied customer. All my work is 100% guaranteed.
