Tyler was right on top of each thing we asked him to do. When he came out to the house, the work was done to perfection. He is very courteous and respectful. We happily anticipate continuing to use Tyler for more of our landscaping needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the length of time I feel it will take to complete a customers' project. Its easier to give a more accurate quote if I'm able to visually see (through photos or on-site) the extent of the tasks involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the process with a new customer involves starting a dialog with them by telephone or by e-mail. I listen to the details of their project and determine if my company is capable of meeting their expectations. My preference is to visually see the area that the customer needs a quote on so that I am able to give them a fair, competitive price for my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent my young adult life mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning my parents' lawn when I was growing up at home. I also spent three years employed in operating heavy equipment to restore and resurface land to specifications after being mined.
