I put the owner in a position to understand their dogs behavior which gives them more control. Each dog learns differently and I have to be flexible in my methods in order to find what works for the dog and owner. The biggest reward is the happiness I see when the dog realizes these rules enhance its ability to communicate with its owner.

Check that they are certified and what kind of experience they have. Also find out how they got their certificate. Online or attending a school which gives hands on experince by real professionals.
